Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, including to the European Union, due to regulatory requirements and customs complexities.

Processing Times

All clothing orders are made to order. We order blank garments and print your design specifically for you, which means we don't hold large stock. Orders are dispatched once per week, so please allow up to 7 days for processing before your item is shipped.

Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail:

• 1st Class: Usually 2 working days
• 2nd Class: Usually 3 working days

Please note: We're based at the far end of Cornwall, which can occasionally add an extra day or two to delivery times, particularly to more distant UK locations.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping rates apply to all orders
• Free shipping on orders over £60

Tracking

We're currently working on implementing tracking for all orders. In the meantime, if you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us and we'll help locate your order.
