Returns & Refunds Policy

At Big Oggie Creative Network, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note that certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at sales@bigoggiecreativenetwork.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we've made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@bigoggiecreativenetwork.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. For more information, visit the Citizens Advice website.
