Who designs your products?
Our products feature original artwork from professional tattoo artists and designers, including Big Oggie, Benjy King, and others. Each artist brings their unique style—from traditional tattoo work to manga and anime-inspired designs.
What makes your clothing special?
We've carefully sourced the best quality clothing in terms of softness and comfort, especially because we understand that many people suffer from hidden body pain. Every garment is selected with comfort and wearability in mind, so you can express yourself without compromise.
What is 'Handle with Care'?
'Handle with Care' is our main slogan and signature collection. For us, this phrase carries various meanings—from fragile and be gentle, through to danger, we have claws. It represents the complex reality of living with hidden disabilities and mental health conditions, showing that you may be damaged but you're stronger than people think.
Which charities do you support?
We donate 10% of every purchase to local charities in Cornwall and The South West.

Do you run events?
Yes! Big Oggie has long been associated with running an annual charity golf day, raising thousands of pounds for charity. We've now expanded into Big Oggie Events, featuring various activities—some golf, and some not. Keep an eye on our Events collection for upcoming opportunities to join the community.
What is 'Follow the Bear'?
Ever since Big Oggie started on YouTube and social media, our logo has been a bear. The Follow the Bear collection features our iconic bear on various adventures—from golf to work, to the high seas and beyond. It's your chance to join the crew and take the bear on your own adventures.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. Please remember however that all items are printed on request so be patient.
International delivery times vary by location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 14-day returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I request a custom design?
We occasionally take custom design requests. Please contact us with your ideas and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your request.
How do I care for my Big Oggie apparel?
To keep your designs looking their best, we recommend washing inside out in cold water, max temp 30° and hanging to dry. Do NOT Tumble Dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
